Residential Support Workers

Kite Recruitment is working with a leading residential care provider in South Wales.
We are looking for 3 candidates with experience in Residential Support Work.

Job Purpose:
Providing support and guidance to children/ young people with autistic spectrum disorders within the residential unit.
An NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People would be an advantage.

Responsibilities will include:
•    Providing support to both the physical and emotional needs of the residents on an individual basis.
•    Key Working
•    Continuous assessment of needs
•    Administering and supervising medication.
•    Administration and maintaining records.
