Supported Housing Manager

Kite Recruitment is assisting a Social Housing provider to recruit a Supported Housing Manager to join their team in North Somerset.

Your main responsibilities will include

·         Leading a busy floating support service for vulnerable adults

·         Supervising, training and developing a team of Supported Housing staff

·         Managing and developing on- going projects

·         Working directly with the Contract Manager and other agencies to ensure the development of the service

·         Ensuring compliance with policy and procedure and managing complaints accordingly

The successful applicant will

·         Have experience of managing/ supervising a team in a social housing, care, support environment

·         Knowledge of the Supporting People Framework and relevant legislation

·         Be a driver with access to a car

Salary:

£13 - £17 Per Hour
