Katy Cherrington started her working career in the field of Mental Health and supported housing.

10 years ago Katy decided to take the leap into the world of Social Housing recruitment and hasn’t looked back.

Katy has recruited throughout Wales, England and Australia establishing working relationships with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Not-for Profit organisations.

Caitlin Jacob: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Caitlin Jacob joined Kite as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in January 2011 after finishing a degree in Law with Business at The University of Birmingham.

Caitlin is a fluent Welsh speaker, with varied work experience, including experience of working abroad.

Caitlin has eagerly taken on the challenge of working in the field of Social Housing and Not- For Profit Recruitment and works hard to get the best results for both clients and candidates.
